If you are unhappy with the item(s) you have received from Modelight, you must notify us, by email, within 14 days of receipt. We will ask you to return the item(s) to Linea Light srl, Via della Fornance 59, 31023 Castelminio di Resana, Treviso, Italy – within 28 days of receipt.

Any goods returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage. If the returned item(s) is deemed to be in anything but in its original condition, the item(s) will be returned to the customer and delivery charged.

We will then, after product receipt as above, gladly refund the purchase price.
